Gray Rock Drilling Program to Commence at Hot Bath Project

Gray Rock Resources Ltd. (GRK: TSX.V, “Gray Rock” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that a drill is now on site for the 2017 program on Gray Rock’s Hot Bath Project near Dease Lake in northwestern British Columbia.  This season’s drill program will start within the next few days.

Gray Rock acquired its option on the Hot Bath property from DeCoors Mining in June 2017 (see the Company’s press release dated June 19, 2017 for further details).  The property was originally acquired by DeCoors in 2014 based on results from an airborne magnetic geophysical survey, rock geochemistry and geological mapping completed as part of Geoscience BC’s Quest Northwest study.  This study supports the interpretation of mid-Jurassic calc-alkaline intrusives that are known to be favourable host rocks for copper-gold mineralization.

Gray Rock Options Hot Bath Property

Gray Rock Resources Ltd. (the “Company” or “Gray Rock”) is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated June 19, 2017 it has received regulatory acceptance to a binding option agreement (the “Option Agreement”) with DeCoors Mining Corp. (“DeCoors”) to acquire the Hot Bath Property, located near Dease Lake, British Columbia, comprising eleven mineral claims covering a total area of 3,634 hectares.

Gray Rock Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

Gray Rock Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,500,000 units at a price of $0.40 per unit to raise up to $600,000 in gross proceeds (the “Offering”).  Each unit will consist of one (1) common share and one half (1/2) of a non-transferrable share purchase warrant.  Each whole warrant will entitle the investor to purchase one (1) additional common share for a period of one (1) year from the date of closing of the Offering (the “Closing Date”), at an exercise price of $0.60 per share.

Grant of Stock Options

Gray Rock Resources Ltd. (GRK: TSX.V, “Gray Rock” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has granted incentive stock options for the purchase of 400,000 common shares at a price of $0.44 per share exercisable on or before June 23, 2022 to the directors of the Company.  The options are subject to the Company’s stock option plan.

Gray Rock Resources Ltd. (the “Company” or “Gray Rock”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding letter agreement (the “Option Agreement”) with DeCoors Mining Corp. (“DeCoors”) to acquire the Hot Bath Property, located near Dease Lake, British Columbia, comprising eleven mineral claims covering a total area of 3634.4383 hectares. BCGS Releases New Study of Otter Creek Lode Gold, Surprise Lake Project, Atlin Mining Camp

Gray Rock Resources Ltd.
